CESA processes payments for digital artwork purchases that support children through art and education initiatives. Because these purchases involve digital content and mission-based fundraising, all sales are generally considered final once the transaction has been completed and the digital item has been delivered or made available.

Refunds are not typically provided for change of mind, accidental selections made after payment confirmation, inability to use a file due to personal software limitations, or dissatisfaction that is unrelated to a technical issue or order error.

However, we may review refund requests in limited situations such as duplicate transactions, confirmed technical payment failures, orders charged incorrectly, failure to receive the purchased digital content due to a verified system issue, or other exceptional circumstances reviewed by our team in good faith.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you should contact us promptly with your order number, payment email address, date of purchase, and a clear explanation of the issue. Providing complete information helps us investigate the request more quickly and accurately.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. CESA reserves the right to decline a refund where the purchase has already been properly fulfilled, the claim cannot be verified, or the request falls outside the scope of this policy.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the payment provider, banking network, or payment instrument used during the transaction.

In some cases, rather than issuing a refund immediately, our team may first attempt to resolve the issue by re-sending access details, confirming order records, correcting technical errors, or providing reasonable assistance to complete delivery of the purchased content.

CESA also reserves the right to cancel or reverse an order if fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, duplicate system processing, or a serious pricing or technical error is detected. In such cases, an appropriate reversal or refund may be processed without separate approval from the customer.
